Clear Caches and Cookies in Different Browsers

Your browser stores temporary files and data from websites you visit to help pages load faster on return visits. While this improves performance, it can occasionally cause issues when sites update their content or when you encounter unexpected errors.
Clearing your browser cache and cookies removes this stored data and forces your browser to download fresh content from the website. This can resolve issues such as:  pages not loading correctly, login problems, or display errors in Dental4Web. 
Follow the instructions below for your specific browser.

On Chrome 

  1. Right click the  icon in the URL  
  2. Click Cookies and other site data 
  3. In the pop up, click Manage on Device site data 
  4. In the next popup that appears, click the   icons to clean data 
    1. Click Done
  5. When the page appears, click Reload 

On Microsoft Edge

  1. Right click the  icon in the URL
  2. Click Cookies (2 cookies in use)
  3. In the pop up, select the cookies (dental4web.com)
    1. Click Remove
  4. Select the next cookies (d4web.dental4web.com)
    1. Click Remove
  5. Click Done

On Firefox 

  1. Left click the  icon in the URL
  2. Click Clear cookies and site data
  3. Click Remove
