Clear Caches and Cookies in Different Browsers
Your browser stores temporary files and data from websites you visit to help pages load faster on return visits. While this improves performance, it can occasionally cause issues when sites update their content or when you encounter unexpected errors.
Clearing your browser cache and cookies removes this stored data and forces your browser to download fresh content from the website. This can resolve issues such as: pages not loading correctly, login problems, or display errors in Dental4Web.
Follow the instructions below for your specific browser.
On Chrome
- Click the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner
- Click History
- Click Clear browsing data on the left sidebar
- In the popup that appears, select a "time range" and the options Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Click Clear data
On Microsoft Edge
- Click the 3 horizontal dots on the top right corner
- Click Settings
- Under the Clear browsing data option, click Choose what to clear
- Select the checkbox Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files
- Click Clear now
On Firefox
- Click the 3 vertical lines on the top right corner
- Click History
- Click Clear recent history
- In the popup that appears, select a "time range" and the options Cookies, Cache, etc.
- Click Clear Now
On Safari
- On the keyboard, press Command+Y
- Click Clear browser history
- In the popup that appears, select the time range and then click Clear History

- For Windows, "Ctrl+Shift+R"
- For Mac, "Command+Shift+E"
