General Settings for Group "UAE Specific Settings Group" in Dental4Windows

Listed below are the general settings for the group UAE Specific settings group. Note that the settings listed here may not be in the same order in Dental4Windows.

Where to find the General Setting

Go to Location setup > General tab > Group: UAE Specific settings group

Settings

Format of eClaim ID

This general setting will allow to change the format of the eClaim ID. 

1. Format of eClaim ID =Location Code _Transaction Timestamp_D4W Claim ID
1. Location Code will be used if it exists, if not Facility ID will be used
2. Transaction Timestamp in YYYYMMDD-HHMMSS format
3. D4W Claim ID
   

Patient Identifier for eClaims

The patient's card number or patient ID can be used as the identifier for eClaims. 

It is easier to track and identify eClaims from XML files when using the patient's card number.

1. Change Patient Identifier for eClaims = Patient ID or Patient Card No

Use Alternative Provider for eClaim

1. User Alternate Provider in eClaim/ePrescription (use Instructors instead of Assistant in Treatment tab 
1. No: The treatment performed is submitted under the Prv column code in Treatment tab
2. Yes: The treatment performed is submitted under the Ins column code in Treatment tab
