General Settings Group for "National Dental Plan" in Dental4Web

Custom Settings for National Dental Plan features. Note that the settings are listed here alphabetically for easier search/reading, however may not be in the same order in Dental4Web

Where to find the General Setting

Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > General page > Group: National Dental Plan

Settings

Enable Payment Plans

1. Click into the field to Enable the NDP Payment Plan
   
2. Tick the box for the relevant plan used
   
3. Click OK
   
   

NDP Payment Terms

Establishment Fee 

The Establishment Fee can be changed to reflect any changes that may occur.

The changes should only be made if notification has been received from the National Dental Plan (Humm or Zip). 

Any changes made that National Dental Plan (Humm and/or Zip) have not authorised will be changed to the original setting at the application process.

Monthly Fee 

The Monthly Fee can be changed to reflect any changes that may occur.

The changes should only be made if notification has been received from the National Dental Plan  (Humm or Zip). 

Any changes made that National Dental Plan (Humm and/or Zip) have not authorised will be changed to the original setting at the application process.

NDP Payment Terms

The Payment terms can be changed to reflect any changes that may occur.

The changes should only be made if notification has been received from the National Dental Plan (Humm and/or Zip) . 

Any changes made that National Dental Plan (Humm and/or Zip) have not authorised will be changed to the original setting at the application process.

Once this setting is selected, a window pops up.

Add the terms (months), max $ balance amounts, deposit %
