Managing Applications in the National Dental Plan Website
NDP is an integrated & proven payment system that is revolutionising Dental Payment Plans, improving treatment acceptance, patient satisfaction, & practice profits. Finance options are provided by humm and Zip. It offers patients the opportunity to spread treatment costs over time, while the dentist receives full payment upfront, and is accessible anywhere over a secure, cloud-based platform.The Seller Portal
Once the National Dental Plan application has been submitted, the status of the application can be viewed.
Go to National Dental Plan website
- Select FOR DENTISTS
- Select Seller Portal
Humm Applications
View Recent Humm Applications
- Login with Humm Merchant number and password
- Select Recent Applications
- All applications submitted in the last 45 days will appear
Process Humm Incomplete Application
Applications can be completed up to 90 days from the initial process of the application.
If the ID had been viewed and entered before saving and closing the application, then the application can be completed over the phone.
- On the NDP website:
- Select FOR DENTENTS
- Select Seller Portal
- Login with Humm Merchant number and password
- Select Incomplete Applications
- Select the patient from the list
- Ensure you have the correct application by checking the Customer Information
- Click Resume Application
- The application will open at the point the application was saved
- Complete the application as normal process
