"On the Go" Appointment Management from the D4W Mobile App: 

Find Patient

Patient records can be accessed in the D4W Mobile App.
  1. From the Main Menu tap FIND PATIENT

  2. Enter the patient's credentials and tap Find

  3. Tap the correct patient in the Patients found
    list

    Notes
    When searching for patients with the same name, note how Middle Name & Preferred name are listed
  4. The patient's details appear on the screen

SMS Patient from the Patient Details File

  1. Tap Send SMS from any of the Patient Details screens

  2. Select template from list or type into the Message text box
  3. Note the number of messages & characters left in each billable message
  4. Click Send

View a Patient Appointments

Appointments for a patient can be viewed in the D4W Mobile App.
  1. Find a patient's record
  2. Tap View Appointments

  3. Select the search criteria and tap Search

  4. Found appointments will be listed

  5. Tap the Appointment if you wish to view, this will take you directly to the Appointment book

Capture & Upload Photo

A picture can be taken on a mobile device and uploaded to Dental4Windows/Dental4Web. Photo can be added to Patients page as a patient photo or as an image in document manager.
  1. Find the patient
  2. Select Photo tab
  3. Select Upload
  4. Capture with camera: to take a picture and upload it
  5. Upload from Gallery: to upload a picture already captured 

  6. Patient photo can now be viewed

View a Patient Status

A patient's $ status can be viewed in the D4W Mobile App.
  1. Find a patient's record
  2. Select Status

View a Patients Send info to

A patient's communication method for Appointment reminders, Invoices, Recalls and Queries can be viewed in the D4W Mobile App.
  1. Find a patient's record
  2. Select Send info to

View/Edit a Patient Address Details

A patient's address details can be viewed and edited in the D4W Mobile App.
  1. Find a patient's record
  2. Select Address and tap Edit to modify

  3. Modify any details and tap Save

View/Edit Patient Insurance/Fee Level

A patient's Insurance and Fee Level details can be viewed and edited in the D4W Mobile App.
  1. Find a patient's record
  2. Select Insurance/Various and tap Edit to modify

  3. Modify any details and tap Save

  4. To Add a new Insurance plan, scroll down and click Add plan

  5. Add details and tap Add

View/Edit Patient Recall

A patient's Recalls can be viewed and edited in the D4W Mobile App.
  1. Find a patient's record
  2. Select Recalls and tap Edit to modify

  3. Tap the Edit icon to edit the existing set or Add set to add a new Recall set

  4. Modify the details and tap Save

View/Edit a Patient Referral

A patient's Referral details can be viewed and edited in the D4W Mobile App.
  1. Find a patient's record
  2. Select Referral and tap Edit to modify

  3. Modify any details and tap Save

View/Edit a Patient History

A patient's history can be viewed and edited in the D4W Mobile App.
  1. Find a patient's record
  2. Select History and tap +New history record to add or tap Edit to modify

  3. Enter the details and tap Save

Document Manager

Add and View Patient Documents

Patient documents in Document Manager can be added and viewed and new folders can also be created using D4W Mobile. 
  1. Find the patient
  2. Select Documents tab
  3. Select + Add file or folder or + icon

  4. New Folder: Enter name of folder > Create
  5. Upload from Files: Select file to upload from files
  6. Upload from Gallery: Upload a picture from Gallery
  7. Capture with Camera: Capture a picture to upload

  8. Select file or capture image > select Upload
  9. File will be uploaded to view
  10. To view file select the file or select 3 dots > Open

  11. File can also be Shared, Renamed, Copied, Moved or Deleted
