Receipt Reports in D4Web

You can find Receipt transaction and Invoice/Payment history specific reports on the Receipt page. These reports can be 

viewed, printed, saved & exported or emailed.

Where to find Receipt reports

1. Click the navigation menu > Patients > Receipts page
   
2. Receipts toolbar > Reports >
   

Reports

Receipts History Report

A summary of date & receipt amounts for this particular family over time

1. Select parameters required
   
2. Click OK or EMAIL
   
   

Transaction Summary Report

This report is a summary of, for the period selected:

1. Invoices

1. Receipts

1. Discounts
   

The Transaction Summary Reports can also be found in the Invoice page

Detailed Transaction Summary Report

This report is a detailed summary of invoices/receipts with included:

1. Item numbers description & individual fees

1. Receipts date with payment method

1. Discounts for the period selected
