Setup & Manage Bank Accounts in D4Web
Add Bank Accounts to your system to enable bank slip creation. Find instructions here to Add, Hide and Redirect Bank Accounts.
Where to find Bank Accounts page
Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > Bank Accounts page
Add a New Bank Account
- Record toolbar > New Record
- Enter the bank account details in the required fields
- Bank Account Name
- Bank Name
- Branch Name
- Branch Number (BSB)
- Account Number
Do not forget to complete this task with Bank Redirection Setup. Link found below
Make Bank Account Inactive (hidden)
Mark a bank account as inactive to remove it from the list of available banks while keeping previous data
- Select appropriate account from Bank Account drop list
- Tick Hide box to make inactive

Reassign Bank Account to Another Location
- Select appropriate account from Bank Account drop list
- Click Reassign Bank Account
- Select where to move it to in To Location
- Click OK
