Below is how to Add New Bank Account, Reassign Bank Account to Another Location and Make Bank Account Inactive (hidden).

Add New Bank Account

  1. Go to Location Setup > Bank Accounts tab
  2. Record menu > New Record / Click New Record icon 
  3. Enter the bank account details in the required fields
    1. Bank Account Name
    2. Bank Name
    3. Branch Name
    4. Branch Number (BSB)
    5. Account Number

Reassign Bank Account to Another Location

To move a bank account from one location to another location.
  1. Go to Location Setup > Bank Accounts tab
  2. Select appropriate account from Bank Account drop list
  3. Click Reassign Bank Account
    1. Select where to move it to in To Location
    2. Click OK

Make Bank Account Inactive (hidden)

Mark a bank account as inactive to remove it from the list of available banks while keeping previous data linked to it. 
  1. Go to Location Setup > Bank Accounts tab
  2. Select appropriate account from Bank Account drop list
  3. Tick Hide to make inactive

Redirect Provider banking from a hidden to active account

If a bank account is hidden, the redirected payments must be moved from the old account to an active one.
  1. Go to Location Management > Banks tab
  2. Operations menu > Show hidden bank accounts as well. (Adds a tick)
  3. Click the navigation menu > Management > Banks page
  4. Operations toolbar > Show hidden bank accounts as well. (Adds a tick)

  5. The hidden bank account will now be visible in the account list
    1. Highlight the bank account row
    2. Tick the Provider name box for individual selection

    3. Tick the Payment Method box if all the providers

    4. Click Remove

    5. All payment types in Bank redirection list should have NO providers attached

    6. Remove the hidden bank accounts from the bank view
      1. Operations menu > Show hidden bank accounts as well. (Removes the tick)
    7. The providers & payment types must now be redirected to an active bank account.
