Set Items used to determine the last exam date

Recalls and Queries look at multiple factors, including when the last time a patient had Examination or Scale and Clean item performed. These items can be updated with Medicare items, for example
  1. Click the navigation menu > Debtors & Marketing > Mail Merge Setup page
  2. Mail Merge Category: Recalls
    1. Select a recall Type from the Manual Recalls list
    2. See the item(s) in Items used to determine the last exam date
Do not forget to include custom items, such as DVA & CDBS items

Setup CDBS Items to Trigger Recall

The Update Recall Date window can be triggered by either all or specific items. The only time the window will not appear is if a patient's recall type is set to >none< on their file.
If currently triggering a recall update by specific items, its possible to add CDBS items to the trigger.
