Exporting, emailing and printing options available for all reports
These reports are run from within Dental4Windows or Dental4Web.
A link at the bottom is available for reports run within the eServices portal.
Dental4Windows Reports
eKiosk check-in Report
(Available in Build 6334)
This report shows a list of patients who have checked-in for their booked appointment using eKiosk. It shows details like when the appointment was booked for and what time the patient checked-in.
Run the report
- Go to Location Management > Reports tab > eKiosk check-in Report
- Select report Parameters
- Date: Select date range of report
- Location: Select Location or All for all locations (if applicable)
- Appointment book: Select a particular appointment book or All to run report for all appointments books
Report Details
Location: Practice location of report (if applicable)
Book Name: Appointment book name
Appt. Date Time: Date and time of booked appointment
Patient Name: Name of patient for booked appointment
Patient Details: Phone number and email of patient
Arrived date/time: date and time check-in occurred
eForms link: Shows if the patient was directed to eForms
