Manage Practice Location information in D4Web
The Practice Location and most information was setup at initial install time, however the location page also allows the approved user to edit, add ABN's, Logos & letterheads, departments etc
Australian Business Number (ABN)
Add ABN
- Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > Location page
- Record toolbar > Business Entities List
- Click ADD NEW
- Enter details of the ABN
- Click OK

Link ABN to Provider
- Click the navigation menu > Management > Providers page
- Select the provider from the Provider drop list
- Select the appropriate ABN from the GST No drop list

Location Letterhead & Logo
The Location Letterhead will appear on all Invoices, Receipts and Treatment Plans printouts
- If using the Practice wide letterhead & Logo, ensure the option to print Location Letterhead is selected from the general settings (link coming soon) before proceeding
- The other option is to print Provider Letterhead, where each provider has their own Letterhead & Logo setup.
- Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > Location page
- Select the Location required (only available with multiple Location environments)
- Enter/update the required information
- Click LETTERHEAD & LOGO SETUP

- FIND LOGO:
- Click Browse to find logo
- Click UPLOAD

- REMOVE:
- Click REMOVE to remove the logo
- DESIGN A4 / DESIGN A5: You can resize and change image and text fields position using drag/drop technique
- Click on text field or image to select it
- Resize using mouse or move using mouse or cursor keys
- Choose text field font by clicking button [ A ], pressing [ B ] button makes text bold, [ I ] - italic and [ U ] - underlined
- Change text alignment in field using assigned buttons
- Dash lined rectangle restrict visible area for printing letterheads in documents
- Click SAVE

- Back in the 'Location Letterhead & logo Setup' window:
- Enter letterhead details to be used for this provider
- Click OK when complete

Add Departments within a Practice
When adding items to Treatment Plan and/or Treatment pages, a Department can be selected to indicate what the item relates to. Note that the reporting on this feature is minimal and is mostly designed as a visual.
To turn on the "Work in Multi dept environment" feature, General Setting must be on. Click here for instruction- Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > Location page

- Click ADD
- Enter Name
- Select the Manager

Phone Number
