Postcodes in Dental4Web

Postcodes in Dental4Web

Postcodes can be added into the system via the Postcodes management page or Directly from the Patient page when an unknown suburb is entered into a patients record. 
All Postcode records are preset in D4Web however the user may be required to add new suburbs as they become known

Add a New Suburb/Postcode from the Postcodes page

  1. Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > Postcodes page
  2. Select the State 
  3. Click ADD to create a new Postcode 
  4. Enter the Suburb and Postcode
  5. Click OK


Add a New Suburb/Postcode from the Patients page

  1. Click the navigation menu > Patient Records > Patients page
  2. Enter a suburb
  3. If the suburb entered doesn't exactly match suburbs in the system, a window will appear with suburbs matching the text entered
  4. Click ADD to create a new Postcode
    1. Enter the Suburb, Postcode and select State
  5. Click OK
