Outpatient Statistics Report – Nationality Field Update 
The Outpatient Statistics Report has been updated to ensure compliance with DHA requirements. The Nationality column now pulls data from the Nationality field (previously the Ethnic Group field, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting for audits and inspections.

New and Enhanced Features  

eClaim Receiver ID Uniqueness

A new General Setting, eClaim Receiver ID Uniqueness, has been introduced to allow multiple insurance plans to share the same eClaim Receiver ID. With this new setting, user can now configure whether the Receiver ID must be unique or can be shared across multiple plans. 

This feature provides greater flexibility for organisations with multiple locations and varying fee structures under the same insurance provider.

Financial Reconciliation Report
The Basic Financial without Adjustment Export report is now available. This report streamlines financial management by providing Invoice-wise details including deposits, receipts, claims and balances. It offers a clear and concise overview for accurate tracking. 

eClaims: Resubmit as Reconciliation
Reconciliation’ resubmission type enables healthcare providers to submit a second and final resubmission for claims that were partially or fully rejected after initial submissions. A new processing option, ‘Reconcile the paid amount, and resubmit as Reconciliation’ has been added to the Remittance Advice dialog. 

eClaims: Payer ID Correction in Resubmission
The new option Change Payer ID is available in the Resubmission window. This allows users to select the correct payer ID to proceed with the resubmission. This enhancement streamlines the process of correcting the payer ID errors in submitted claims, making it easier and more efficient to resubmit claims.

New and Enhanced Features

NABIDH: Automatic Clinical Report Sending and sending Message Order

The system now automatically sends the NABIDH Clinical Report during patient Check Out. The order of messages has been updated to ensure the Discharge Report and Clinical Report are the final messages sent after a visit.  

Hide Patient Contact Information

Patient contact details will now be hidden for users without the "Show Patient Contacts" permission, based on security settings.

eClaims: Integration with New Portal (Nanohealth) - Phase 1
XML download option for D4W so that the claims can be submitted for the new Nano portal.

NABIDH: Radiology - Restrict Radiology Service Records
Change the user interface in the radiology data grids of Nabidah so that users can easily select the Radiology Service Record. In Items tab > Other Details subtab, a new checkbox Used for Radiology records has been added.

The selected items will be listed in the Radiology grid.

New and Enhanced Features

D4w Mobile App for UAE via VPN:
D4W Mobile is now released for UAE region. The users can now login to D4W Mobile application to navigate through the appointment book, book appointments and view the patient details.

eClaims- Search and Filter by IDs:
eClaims viewing screen has been enhanced to filter the columns, print, and export the data. The user can now right click on the header to filter the columns in eClaims view screen.

Additionally, they can print and export the data by right clicking and selecting print list. 
As part of NABIDH requirement, the below enhancements have been done in the system. 

NABIDH ReOpt-In
The ReOpt-in option mentioned in the latest NABIDH specification document is now incorporated in D4w. 
Facility ReOpt In: If the patient has Opted Out for specific facility and decides to ReOpt-In then the same facility a message will be triggered to Nabidh according to the selection.
Global ReOpt In: If patient has Opted Out Globally and decides to ReOpt- In Globally then a message will be triggered to Nabidh according to the selection. 

NABIDH Insurance plan and Self pay changes 
Only selected insurance plan details will be triggered to Nabidh, If there are no insurance plan a self pay message format mentioned by Nabidh is now incorporated in this build 

ENHANCE: NABIDH Radiology Request 
Radiology Observation has now become a mandatory requirement for the Radiology Report. Therefore, if a user enters the item "RadioR," they will be unable to proceed by clicking "Ok" until they've filled in the observation field. 

NABIDH Remove cancel button from dialog
The cancel button has been removed in this build. The removal of the cancel button ensures that there is no disruption in the patient check in message workflow to Nabidh.

NABIDH Family and Social History
The Social and Family history of the patients can now be entered in the system and the messages are triggered to Nabidh in update patient information and Nabidh Clinical Report.

NABIDH Medication – Add dosage form and Revise UI
The Nabidh prescription window has been enhanced to include the dosage form and the total quantity will be populated automatically with the frequency and duration entered.
