Increased Password Character Length to 64
When setting up passwords, users now have a character limit of up to 64 characters.

For users of AI notes scribing products, notes taken in a different language can now be copied directly into a patients clinical notes in either the Treatment Plan or Treatment tabs. Notes will appear in the Clinical notes in language spoken.

User experience Uplift

When processing a refund from Treatment tab using cash but unbanked cash amount is not available, prompt wording has been updated
Disable capitalised words updated to Disable auto capitalisation

Banks tab and Bank Redirections wording updated to Bank Assignments
Report Parameters wording updated
Recall Automation Set/Type fields have updated wording

Automation - Additional Security Options
Automation has further security options and who is authorised to make changes to Set / Type, Reminders and Schedule tabs. Access to configuring Appointment reminders schedule, reminders to Debtors schedule and Queries schedule can be limited to certain users or groups. This will enable only authorised users to make changes which can be complex.

Xero Cosmetic Improvments
Cosmetic improvements have been made in the Xero Website, Xero Sync Log report in Dental4Windows and Xero email sent from Dental4Windows.

When using Xero integration with Dental4Windows, clearing accounts marked as Xero Account Type of Current Asset can be used when the D4W setting "Xero Integration Method" is equal to 'Insert Daily Takings as Receive Money Transactions'.

- Breaks Notes Character Limit:
- Appointment book or Appointment Book templates breaks, the character limit in Notes field has increased to 500
- Report Descriptions Added
- Descriptions have been added to many reports in the reports tab which give greater insight into these reports.
Optimisations
- Sterilisation - Amount & Initial Fields for barcode generation amended
- Change insurance fund and fee level from eForms in the patient card when a new eForm is submitted
