Automation - Additional Security Options
Automation has further security options and who is authorised to make changes to Set / Type, Reminders and Schedule tabs. Access to configuring Appointment reminders schedule, reminders to Debtors schedule and Queries schedule can be limited to certain users or groups. This will enable only authorised users to make changes which can be complex.

National Dental Plan (NDP) powered by Zip
Zip payment plan terms can now be added to a Treatment Plan Printout and when using more than one BNPL (Buy now pay later) Provider, the user can select which payment plan terms to include on Treatment plan print out.
When previewing a treatment plan printout the Zip payment terms can be updated to what would suit the patient better. For example they can be changed from 6 months to 24 months which in turn adjusts the amount of each monthly payment.

Appointment Book to Display Books based on Book Group Day
When using Appointment book groups and a day is selected in the calendar only Appointment books will be visible according to what has been setup for that day in Book Groups setup. Ensure this general setting located in Location Setup > General Tab > Group: Appointment Book > Book Group Setup: Default View is based on? is set to Selected Date.

Early Access to ePayments via eAppointments is available for Single merchant/ bank account surgeries. (Multiple merchant & bank account sites coming soon). This allows patients to pay a deposit when they book online with eAppointments. The practice can setup how much of a deposit patients are to pay.
