Updated Sterilisation Barcode Labels
When using the Sterilisation Module, barcode labels can now be setup to include Autoclave details, Date of cycle and expiry date of processed instruments.

Increased Password Character Length to 64 
When setting up passwords, users now have a character limit of up to 64 characters.

Multilanguage input into Clinical Notes 
For users of AI notes scribing products, notes taken in a different language can now be copied directly into a patients clinical notes in either the Treatment Plan or Treatment tabs. Notes will appear in the Clinical notes in language spoken.

Microsoft Office 365 Email OAuth Implementation 
Microsoft is removing support for apps and services that access 365 mailboxes using passwords as authorisation, and requires authorisation through OAuth. To meet this requirement Dental4Windows supports OAuth for E-mail Configuration.

    1. Patient tab wording updated
    2. When processing a refund from Treatment tab using cash but unbanked cash amount is not available, prompt wording has been updated 
    3. Disable capitalised words updated to Disable auto capitalisation
    4. Punctuation and wording updated for Clinical Notes Log Audit
  2. Location Management
    1. Banks tab and Bank Redirections wording updated to Bank Assignments
    2. Report Parameters wording updated 
    3. Recall Automation Set/Type fields have updated wording 
    4. Automation batches has updated wording for option to Show only records that are Incomplete, Errors or Warnings to Display batches that did not complete successfully
    5. Provider card Position field has updated wording to Profession
    6. Preferred Provider Fees wording updated to Preferred Provider Fees: Link Insurance Fund to Fee Level
  3. Security
    1. Updated wording in Security for Patient, Bank Assignments and Bank Accounts tabs 
  4. Debtors and Marketing 
    1. Convert some previously abbreviated words to full wording
  5. In the Help Menu, Support Status option has been updated to Service Status

Automation - Additional Security Options
Automation has further security options and who is authorised to make changes to Set / Type, Reminders and Schedule tabs. Access to configuring Appointment reminders schedule, reminders to Debtors schedule and Queries schedule can be limited to certain users or groups. This will enable only authorised users to make changes which can be complex.

NDP via Humm - New footer image

When printing out a treatment plan and the NDP Humm footer has been included in printout footer has been updated.

NDP via Humm - update monthly fee, tagline and disclaimer
The treatment plan National Dental Plan via Humm footer has updated wording in tagline, updated conditions to align with new government legislation and monthly fee has been updated.
Xero Cosmetic Improvments
Cosmetic improvements have been made in the Xero Website, Xero Sync Log report in Dental4Windows and Xero email sent from Dental4Windows.

Xero Ability to Include Clearing Accounts
 When using Xero integration with Dental4Windows, clearing accounts marked as Xero Account Type of Current Asset can be used when the D4W setting "Xero Integration Method" is equal to 'Insert Daily Takings as Receive Money Transactions'.

SuperGroups - Search Employees
When using Supergroups a search feature has been added to easily bring up required staff. This is especially useful for large databases with a large number of staff.

When running the eAppointments report, payment information such as payment status, amount and receipt number and source type and name can now be included.

    1. Appointment book or Appointment Book templates breaks, the character limit in Notes field has increased to 500

    1. Descriptions have been added to many reports in the reports tab which give greater insight into these reports.
Optimisations
  1. Sterilisation - Amount & Initial Fields for barcode generation amended
  2. Change insurance fund and fee level from eForms in the patient card when a new eForm is submitted
