Charting Link to Treatment Plan
Treatment Plan is used to record treatment required for the patient and can also be used to provide a quotation to the patient.
The Treatment Plan can be generated automatically via Charting or by manually adding items. Therefore, any treatment entered in Charting in the Treatment Required section will appear as an item number in the Treatment Plan.
Items that are not able to be charted (x-ray, cleans etc.) should be manually entered into the Treatment Plan.
Go to Patient Records > TreatPlan tab
