Setup & Manage Fee Schedules in Dental4Windows

DVA fee schedules and update CDBS fee schedule.

DVA Fee Schedules

Find the latest changes have taken effect as of 1/1/2025 DVA Fee Schedule. 

There is a new schedule however fees have remained the same. Refer to the schedule for any rule or condition changes

The new fees can be manually entered in Dental4Windows.

Update Child Dental Benefit Scheme Fee Schedule 2025

As of the 01/01/2025, a new Child Dental Benefit Scheme Fee Schedule is available.  

The new fees need to be entered in Dental4Windows manually by either:

• Typing each new fee against the Child Benefit Scheme Fee Level

  or

• Importing the fees

Manually updating the fees 

1. Go to Location Management > Fees tab
2. Select Child Benefit Scheme fee level
3. Click the Add icon
1. Enter the start date of the new fee(s) = 01/01/2025
2. Click OK
   
   
3. Manually update the fees by typing over the existing fees 
   

Import Fees 

1. Go to Location Management > Fees tab
2. The Fee level name in D4W must be called Child Dental Benefit Scheme (CDBS)
3. Download this CSV file to your computer (no changes can be made to this file)
4. Operations menu > Select Update Fees from File
1. Fee Period Start Date: Enter the date the fees will become effective = 01/01/2025
2. Click Select File for Import
1. Find and select the file
2. Click Open
   
   
3. Click Import Fees
   
   
4. Click Exit
5. If exceptions were found during the import, they can be viewed/printed by selecting Print Exceptions
