All cells for each tooth: When using this Sequence of Charting you will chart each Measurement one Tooth at a time. Once all measurements are completed you will then move on to the next tooth

Tooth doesn't show as missing in Perio Chart

2D and 3D charts share the same data on missing teeth. They sync directly as they are the same data, just different views.

Perio chart is a separate view.

Missing teeth recordings are Date/Time based, and are based on the Date and Time of the whole chart itself.

For example: if a 2D (or 3D) chart is created (see link to instructions below) 17/3/2021 at 6PM and missing teeth are recorded on this chart, all the missing teeth are timestamped as 17/3/2021 at 6PM.If another missing tooth is added to that chart, that missing tooth is attached to 17/3/21 at 6PM.

If a new Perio chart is created (see link to instructions below) 17/3/21 at 6.05PM, it will inherit missing teeth from the most recent 2D/3D chart.

If more missing teeth are added to this Perio chart of 17/3/2021 at 6.05PM, the 2D/3D chart of 17/3/21 at 6PM will not use them, as they were not there at that time.
