Other Claiming Functions in D4Web

View the Claims page for general claiming processes such as finding a claim and reprinting a claim

Find A Claim

  1. Click the navigation menu > Patients > Claims page
  2. Claims toolbar > Find Claim
  3. In the 'Find Claim' window:
    1. Enter the Claim ID
    2. Click FIND button
    3. The patient and claim items will be listed
    4. Click GOTO

Reprint a Claim

  1. Click the navigation menu > Patients > Claims page
  2. Highlight the Claim row to be reprinted
    1. Claims toolbar > Print Current Insurance Form

  3. Once in the preview:
    1. Click Print, select from Export/Save options in the drop list or Email
