General Settings Group for "System Settings" in Dental4Web

Where to find the General Setting

Click the navigation menu > Location Setup > General page > Group: System Settings

Settings

Security: Make the "Reason: for delete/modify mandatory

No = No reason is required (default setting)
Yes = Use will be expected to state the reason a deletions is to proceed. See System tables Setup to add reasons to the list available

Session Expire

Add the time (e.g 60) for automatic Log out of D4Web when system has been idle

System Financial Prior Period Lock

ON = The Prior Period Lock feature must be activated, then security permissions set.
