NABIDH: Prescription Messages

Listed below are instructions on vitals message, cancelling a prescription and prescription (medication) messages.

NABIDH: Vitals Message

Vitals can be entered into a patients Treatment notes.

1. Go to Patient Details > Treatment tab
2. Enter Vitals item code 
3. Click Nt column
   
   
4. Enter vital signs
5. Click OK
   

NABIDH: Cancel Prescription Message

The provider can cancel a prescription and the cancelation message is sent to NABIDH.

1. Go to Patients Details > Patients/Charting/Treatment Plan/Treatment/Invoices/Receipts/Letters tab 
2. In Find/View menu click View Prescription     
                                                                           
3. In Manage Prescription box highlight prescription > click Cancel
   
   
4. Click Exit
5. Cancellation message will be sent to NABIDH which can be viewed in the NABIDH Message Management window

NABIDH: Prescription (Medication) Messages

A provider can create a prescription from Dental4Windows.

1. Go to Patient Details > Patients/Charting/Treatment Plan/Treatment/Invoices/Receipts/Letters tab 
2. In Find View menu, click Create Prescription 
                                                     
3. Click Add     
                                                                                                                          
4. In Add/Modify Medication box click Find
5. Select Medication 
6. Enter Quantity, Duration, and Instructions
7. Click OK   
                                                                         
   
8. Click Add again to add more medication
9. Click Create once completed
   
   
10. A medication message will be sent to NABIDH and can be viewed from NABIDH Message Management window
