ePayments allows patients to pay a deposit when they book an appointment online.

Book eAppointment using ePayments
Patient will need to create an account or login to the eServices portal to make a booking using eAppointments. The patient will be asked to pay a deposit that will be held by the practice to either go towards treatment performed or and FTA fee in the case of the patient not showing up for booked appointment.
- In the eServices portal, Sign In or create an account
- Click eAppointments
- In the Specify Reason drop down menu, select appointment reason
- In Find Provider drop down menu, select provider appointment is to be with
- Select date and time of appointment
- Notification will show that a deposit is required to book the appointment, click Proceed
- Confirmation page will show, click Confirm and Pay Deposit
- Enter card details and/or click Pay
- Confirmation will show
- Patient receives email confirmation of captured payment
- Appointment will show in Dental4Windows/Dental4Web with notes of receipt number and deposit amount
- Deposit is created in Receipts tab/page of patients file
