ePayments allows patients to pay a deposit when they book an appointment online.

Book eAppointment using ePayments

Patient will need to create an account or login to the eServices portal to make a booking using eAppointments. The patient will be asked to pay a deposit that will be held by the practice to either go towards treatment performed or and FTA fee in the case of the patient not showing up for booked appointment.
  1. In the eServices portal, Sign In or create an account
  2. Click eAppointments
  3. In the Specify Reason drop down menu, select appointment reason
  4. In Find Provider drop down menu, select provider appointment is to be with
  5. Select date and time of appointment
  6. Notification will show that a deposit is required to book the appointment, click Proceed
  7. Confirmation page will show, click Confirm and Pay Deposit
  8. Enter card details and/or click Pay
  9. Confirmation will show

  10. Patient receives email confirmation of captured payment
  11. Appointment will show in Dental4Windows/Dental4Web with notes of receipt number and deposit amount
  12. Deposit is created in Receipts tab/page of patients file
