We have a new provider starting and I have to setup all their details, where do I start?

Start by collecting as much information as possible for your provider, as the more information you have handy the easier it is to get it all in the system without having to go back later. Keep in mind that some details can be added at a later time. 

The provider hours have changed, how do I edit or update their appointment book? 

Appointment Book Templates can be edited at anytime to reflect changes commencing from a set date.

How do I find how many new patients last month?

There are a few methods available for finding new patient information. From Status Reports in the Appointment Book to New Patient Reports found in the Reports page

I cannot find Hicaps Trinity Terminal?

You are able to locate the Hicaps Trinity Terminal via the Hicaps icon on your desktop.

Can I get a print out of appointments for tomorrow?

Yes. Right click in any Appointment slot on the required day and select: Print > Print daysheet Standard or Print daysheet Compact

I want to be able to restrict staff accessing data outside business hours or while not working. 

D4Web Administrators with Security access are able to set access restrictions for each login on each Day

We are using Practice Insights but not sure how to setup SuperGroups.

Your trainer may assist with Super Group setup at Practice Insight training, however if further instruction is required, here are 2 key areas for setup. 

How do I open MediaWeb PACS from Dental4Web?

MediaWeb PACS can be launched from Charting / 3D Charting / Perio / Treatment Plan or Treatment pages.
There is also flashing icon when xrays/images exist for the patient in view.
