Huddle

Your morning Huddle page to kickstart your day with the informative metrics. The Huddle cabinet information may include number of visits, new patients, appointments scheduled details, production depending the period selected - Yesterday, Today or Tomorrow
  1. From the Satora home page, click on Huddle cabinet
  2. Once within the Huddle cabinet page, click Yesterday, Today or Tomorrow tab
Yesterday
View the production amount generated from yesterdays appointments & Treatment
Metrics include: 
  1. Future appointments scheduled
    1. A graph that shows future bookings v no future bookings
    2. A filter to include all or new patients
  2. Yesterdays adjusted production by provider
    1. The amount invoiced after adjustments & discounts
  3. FTA's
    1. Number of patients who failed to attend appointment 
    2. FTA status must be used
  4. Yesterdays Appointments
    1. A list of appointment details

Today
Todays information includes number of patients, how many are new
Metrics include: 
  1. Patient hours today
    1. How many clinic hours include patients
  2. Appointment Types today
    1. The chart shows a breakdown of patient appointments by appointment types (D4W/D4Web appt classes) for today
  3. Adjusted production this month
    1. The figures show the increasing production for this month
  4. Appointments today
    1. A list of appointment details

Tomorrow
How many patients scheduled, and how many of them are new patients. What % is the utilisation of the practice. 
Metrics include: 
  1. Schedule utilisation by appointment book
    1. What percentage of each book is utilised
  2. Patients for tomorrow
    1. A graph to show existing patients v new patients
  3. Appointments tomorrow
    1. A list of appointment details

  1. From the Satora home page, click on Looking ahead cabinet
  2. There are 3 metrics in the Looking Ahead cabinet page:
    1. Total pre-appointments - Total patients in the selected period (dates within the filters) 
    2. Patients with no pre-appointments - Total patients without appointments in the selected period
    3. Patients with pre-appointments - Total patients with appointments in the selected period
  3. List of patients for pre-appointments
    1. A table of patient details for patients with pre-appointment in the selected time period
    2. Use the filter to select to view patient with or without pre-appointments

Actionable

Actions that can be taken by the practice to improve the business. Follow up on outstanding debts, FTA's, accepted Treatment Plans but no appointment, etc.
