NABIDH: Cancel Clinical Report Message

If a provider submitted a clinical report by mistake then a cancellation message is to be sent to NABIDH.

  1. In Go To menu click NABIDH Message Management...

  2. Highlight report and click Cancel Report

  3. Click Yes     
                                                                                                                                              
  4. Click OK             
                                                                                                                                         
  5. Cancelation of report will show in NABIDH Message management

NABIDH: Clinical Report Resubmission

If any clinical information is modified for an appointment after a clinical report is submitted, the provider will have to resubmit clinical report to NABIDH. This step is for any clinical record modification done after the appointment check out.
  1. To resubmit Clinical Report go to Patient Details > Patients/Charting/Treatment Plan/Treatment/Invoices/Receipts/Letters tab
  2. In Find/View menu click NABIDH Clinical Report as resubmission...

  3. The report parameter window appears along with appointment details and clinical report parameter
  4. Ensure all records that match the appointment date are selected
  5. Select Preview before Export to preview the Clinical Report before resubmission
  6. Click OK     
                                                                                                        
  7. Clinical Report Update message will be sent to NABIDH
  8. Click OK   
                                                                                                                                                
  9. This can be viewed in NABIDH Message Management window
