Sterilisation Reports include cycle load information and packs used on Patients

Where are the Sterilisation Reports found?

Click the navigation menu > Management > Sterilisation page

Autoclaved Works

This report will show what autoclave cycles have been processed and the packs included in those cycles for a defined period. 

Run the Report

1. Report toolbar, select Autoclaved Works
   
1. Select period for report
   
2. Location: Select location (if applicable)
   
3. Active: Tick to show active autoclaves only
   
4. Autoclaves: Select Autoclaves
   
5. Click OK
   
   

Report Details

1. Cycle: Autoclave cycle ID number
   
2. Date / Time: Date and time cycle was processed
   
3. Name and Provider: Name of staff member that has entered cycle information
   
4. Barcode: Barcode number of pack
   
5. Contents: Contents of pack
   
   

Autoclave Cycles - Packs used on Patients

This report shows the details of packs used on patients for selected autoclave cycle.

Run the Report

1. Highlight desired Autoclave Cycle 
   
2. Go to Reports menu > Autoclave Cycle - Packs used on Patients
   
   

Report Details

1. Bar Code: Barcode number of pack
   
2. Date used: Date pack was scanned into patients records
   
3. Patient: Patients name and file number pack was scanned to
   
4. Contact: Phone number of patient
   
5. Provider: Provider of record
   
6. Contents: Contents of pack
