MediaSuite: Filter Images
Listed below are instructions on how images in Dental4Windows can be filtered while in Charting tab.
Filter Images in Dental4Windows Charting
When Images are captured or imported into MediaSuite they can be filtered within Dental4Windows Charting.
Within the Properties/Diagnosis page images can be linked to tooth number, quadrant or bitewing.
Enable Feature
The following Dental4Windows General Settings need to be enabled for this feature to work:
2D Charting
- If the patient has images, icons will appear on the tooth or quadrant
- Click the icon on a tooth to see images assigned to that tooth
- If the image is assigned to a bitewing, the icon will appear on the both upper and lower jaws
3D Charting
- If the patient has images, a box will appear on the tooth or quadrant
- Click the box on a tooth to see images assigned to that tooth
- If the image is assigned to a bitewing, the box will appear on the both upper and lower jaws
Filter Images by Media Category
When Images and/or Videos are captured or imported into Mediasuite they can be assigned to a Media Category.
Images can be filtered by Media Category within Mediasuite.
Click the Media Category drop list and select the required Media Category
