Shifting Treatment Plan items - Drag & Drop method

Items in the Treatment Plan page can now not only be shifted up or down per row but can also be moved around within the visits via the Drag & Drop method.
The new Drag & Drop method allows single or multiple item rows to be dragged and dropped as required within a visit.

Patient Profile page

The Profile page provides an overview summary of important patients records & communications.
The first release of this new module includes: Demographics, Family Members, Allergy & Medical Conditions, Personal History, Communication timeline and log report & Patient Information including Treatment & Appointment history.

Personal Genders

Create your own Personal Gender options such as Non- Binary, Genderfluid, Transgender and Gender Queer, as well as other options such as Other or Prefer Not to Disclose and link to the Personal titles in your system. 

eKiosk

D4Web eKiosk allows patients to check themselves in on their device or on the practice device to update their appointment status upon arrival.
Note: This feature is connected to eServices and can also be connected to eForms so patient can fill out necessary forms while they wait.

Set Public Holiday & Workday enhancements

The system knows when it is the Weekend, however as Public Holidays differ between States, Territories and Countries, it is up to the user to add relevant Public Holidays. 
Add Public Holidays via the Fees page or via the System Tables page.

When running an extended User Defined Query, the text was cut without explanation. Please note character limit for User defined Queries is 400

Preferred Provider Fees > Link a Fee Level to Insurance Fund

Link a Fee Level or Provider fees to an Insurance Fund. This feature is suitable for Preferred Provider fees for where a Health Fund / Health Scheme or Insurance that has their own Fee Schedule. E.g Child Benefit Scheme

"Tariffs for Providers" Module

When paying a provider commission, there are two different methods available in D4Web that affect the way the commission is calculated.
The provider may be paid based on:
  1. Commission raised from invoices or receipts; or
  2. Commission based on treatment items performed (Tariffs*)

Surcharges

To ensure surcharges are applied to selected payment types, turn on the Make Payment Method Surcharges Mandatory feature

Security System for restricting access to Dental4Web

Security: 2FA & password reset. Each Organisation can manage its own security needs within D4Web. The 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) sends a code via SMS or EMAIL once the user logs in with their username/password
Security: IP Restrictions. Allow or block access to selected User & Password login from selected IP addresses & or from a selected database
Security: Trusted Devices. A device that will not pass IP-address verification, which will allow a specific user to log in even from a forbidden IP
Security: Days/Time Restrictions. Restrict the DAYS and/or TIMES of connections allowed
Security: Users Activity Monitor. Monitor the activity of each user
Security: Auto Logout. If a user does not show an activity for the designated time, D4Web automatically logs that user out.
