Optimisation
- Sterilisation Barcode Amount & Initial Fields: Negative and empty values could be added to the “Amount” and “Initial” fields for Bar Code generation. These options have be removed to ensure authentic entries only
- Allow reversal of a deposit refund if the provider is inactive
- Patient page SMS Template "Next Appointment Time" Input field - format adjustment

New Zealand users now have a dedicated D4web DB which includes all the NZL Dental Benefits Scheme requirements.

- Payment plan terms can now be included to the footer of a Treatment Plan Printout.
- When previewing a treatment plan printout the Zip payment terms can be updated to what would suit the patient better.
- Note: when using more than one BNPL (Buy now pay later) Provider, the user can select which payment Plan terms to include on Treatment Plan print out.

Item Triggers: Automatically add Item in Treatment when Query sent
When a Query batch is created (manually or via automation), an item is triggered and auto inserted into the patients Treatment File with details of the Query batch in the notes.

Link Official Phone Confirmation Status (C)
Where appointments are confirmed manually, the Confirmed (C) status can now be added quickly to the appointment by using right click.
