Enhancements & Additions to Existing Features

User Experience Uplift
A Dental4Web User Experience Uplift and Overhaul has commenced. Various areas of the system will be improved for visual look & feel and cosmetic optimisations.
There will be 100's of small but effective changes that will continue to be made over the next 12month period with some larger new modules (keep an eye on the coming soon section below) being introduced in the coming months so stay tuned for updates and announcements.

  • Letter Manager: "Current Date Full" & "Current Date Short" input fields improved
  • MediaWeb PACS: Dental4Web to MediaWeb PACS flashing icon when images exist
Bug fixes 
  1. Queries processing error
  2. Default Dictionary for spell check
  3. eAppointment slot visibility in case when moving appointments
  4. Treatment plan assistant 
  5. Incorrect emails causing stop to manual batches
  6. "Pen" editing tool not working in Lab sheets

The New Zealand DB now has printable prescriptions. 
Optimisation
  1. Sterilisation Barcode Amount & Initial Fields: Negative and empty values could be added to the “Amount” and “Initial” fields for Bar Code generation. These options have be removed to ensure authentic entries only
  2. Allow reversal of a deposit refund if the provider is inactive
  3. Patient page SMS Template "Next Appointment Time" Input field - format adjustment

NDP powered by Zip - Phase 1
NDP powered by Zip is now available in D4Web.
  • Payment plan terms can now be included to the footer of a Treatment Plan Printout. 
    • When previewing a treatment plan printout the Zip payment terms can be updated to what would suit the patient better. 
    • Note: when using more than one BNPL (Buy now pay later) Provider, the user can select which payment Plan terms to include on Treatment Plan print out.

Improvements made to the Public Holiday & Workday functions.

Item Triggers: Automatically add Item in Treatment when Query sent
When a Query batch is created (manually or via automation), an item is triggered and auto inserted into the patients Treatment File with details of the Query batch in the notes.
